Dwelling Fire (DP-1)
• Occupancy: vacant, rental, seasonal, owner
• No age limit on home
• Up to 4-family dwelling, plus row or town home
• Vacant: dwelling, manufactured home, condominium
• Values: $20,000 ($5,000 seasonal, vacant mfg home, vacant condo) to $500,000 ($1M vacant)
• Named peril coverage
• ACV settlement with option for full repair cost
• Included: other structures, reasonable repairs, loss of use/rent, fire dept charge
• Options: liability, personal property, vandalism, vacancy permission, ID recovery, property manager
• Credits: protective devices
• Coverage A can be written for standalone structure – pole barn, camping shelter, covered boat slip
Dwelling (DP-3)
• Occupancy: rental, seasonal, owner
• Homes aged 80 or newer, roof 20 years or newer
• Up to 4-family dwelling
• Values: $75,000 to $500,000
• Comprehensive coverage
• Replacement cost settlement, optional ACV or agreed value modified replacement cost
• Included: other structures, reasonable repairs, loss of rent, vandalism, fire dept charge
• Options: liability, personal property, burglary, occasional rental, short term rental, vacancy permission

DP-1 Dwelling Program
Features/Advantages
• For primary, rental, and seasonal occupancies 1850 and newer
• Coverage A values between $10,000 and $500,000
• All Protection Classes qualify
• Plumbing and heating updates are not required
• Risks without permanently installed water, electrical or sewage service may be submitted and issued per underwriting discretion.
• Roof Updates not required (roof must not be in disrepair)
• Home must have 100 amp electrical service (fuses acceptable)
• Actual Cash Value Loss Settlement
• Bankruptcies are acceptable
• Short term rentals are allowed
• Peeling paint or damage to siding, soffits or fascia is allowed
• Liability coverage available to all homes with dogs without bite history (specific breed exclusion must be attached).
• Horses are allowed. The total number of horses cannot exceed the number of family members.
• Livestock and farm animals for 4H type projects are allowed as long as there is no revenue from the activities.
• Supplemental heating devices do not require an additional questionnaire if installed by a licensed contractor
• Swimming Pools are allowed within underwriting guidelines. Otherwise, the swimming pool exclusion must be attached.
• Trampolines are allowed (trampoline exclusion must be attached)

• Available for dwellings 1850 and newer
• Coverage A values between $10,000 and $500,000
• Policies may be placed on standard payment plans.
• All protection classes qualify
• Vandalism or Malicious Mischief Coverage is provided at no additional charge
• Policies are written on a 12 month term and policyholders are automatically sent renewal offers. A new application is not required upon renewal
• Policies are cancelled on a pro-rata basis with excess premium returned to the policyholder
