  2. Your Agency:
            American Modern Agency Code: XXXXXX (Reach out to PIU if you have any questions or unsure on this.)
    General Agent Information:
    • General Agent Name: Pacific International Underwriters
    • General Agent Code: 222001
    • American Modern’s NAIC code, if needed for your system is: #42722

  3. If your AMS carrier certification gives you an option of carriers choose: American Modern Insurance Group.
